I found this recipe when I was planning my vegan super bowl menu. I came across it on Pinterest. The recipe is called “Vegan Nacho Cheese Sauce (Gluten-free, too!).” It is from “Gluten Free Vegan Pantry,” by Savanna. ┬áThe texture is spot on! The immersion┬áblender helps to achieve the texture and it looks just like cheese. I use it to make grilled cheese and macaroni. There is endless amounts of things you can do with this sauce. Get creative and enjoy!
