“No Tuna” salad sandwich

"No Tuna" salad sandwich
Servings 6 sandwiches
Ingredients
- 2 cans butter beans
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 2 tsp spicy brown mustard
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup sweet relish
Instructions
- Open and drain your 2 cans of butter beans. Place the beans in a mixing bowl and mash with a fork.
- Add tahini, mustard, syrup, onion, celery, and sweet relish. Mix all ingredients together.
- Scoop onto bread and enjoy!
