“No Tuna” salad sandwich

"No Tuna" salad sandwich

Servings 6 sandwiches


  • 2 cans butter beans
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 2 tsp spicy brown mustard
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup sweet relish


  • Open and drain your 2 cans of butter beans. Place the beans in a mixing bowl and mash with a fork.
  • Add tahini, mustard, syrup, onion, celery, and sweet relish. Mix all ingredients together.
  • Scoop onto bread and enjoy!
